Culture encompasses what an organization stands for and how its people express and engage one another while advancing their business.  When culture is reduced to a statement framed in the front lobby, culture loses its power, role, and trust as the driving force of Strategic Teams to advance and grow the company. 

A culture that guides the everyday thought and behavior of Strategic Teams allows those Teams to appropriately adapt and respond to the near-term and long-term marketplace realities.  Culture is a foundation, and culture is an expression of the organization’s strategic agenda.
